Olabode Ajibodu Bode is the Managing Partner at Arthur Smith and Vine Services, a bespoke facilities management and property maintenance firm. He is a Master of Science (M.Sc) graduate of Real Estate Development and Investment from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Quantity Surveying from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology and an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Building Technology and Quantity Surveying from the Lagos State Polytechnic.
He has attended the Advanced Health, Safety and Environment Course, Competence Level III, and the General Health, Safety and Environment Professional course both from the National Institute for Safety Practitioners (NISP). He is also a certified Facility Management Professional (FMP). His areas of specialization include Real Estate Development & Investment; Project management; Estate Management; Facilities Maintenance/Management; Negotiation sessions with contractors and associated vendors; Organizing project and site meetings; Site appraisals and property inspections; Project monitoring and cost control; Preparation of Construction Contracts Documents; Preparation of valuations and variations for ongoing projects; General office management and administration.
