A lot of people will just start at the end and say, ‘Well, I’m just going to go with the ones who are the best trainers for my sport.’
And then I’ll hear that some people have success in this sport and some people don’t.
So it’s really important to think about what your goals are.
And the way to do that is to think through your goals and what you want to achieve.
So I’ll start by thinking about what my goals are and what I want to accomplish.
So the first thing I do is figure out how many hours I’m going to spend in my training.
And then, if I’m in a training zone, how long I’m supposed to train in the day.
And I’ll take a look at how many days a week I’m allowed to train, how many weeks I’m training, how often I can train.
And those are the goals that I’m looking for.
Then I figure out what my training sessions are supposed to be.
So then, I can look at that and I’ll make sure I’m doing everything I can to help my body recover.
And that’s going to help me get my strength and my endurance back and my power back and how I feel in the gym.
So that’s the first step.
And now that I’ve done that, then I figure it out what I’m expecting out of my training, what I can do to help improve my fitness, what my weaknesses are, what’s my goals and where I want it to be in my career.
So, after that, I figure how many people I’m helping, how much money I’m making.
Then, when I’ve made that decision, then you can look for people that fit the bill.
And, of course, I think of the guys that are in the top training programs.
But that’s where you’ll find some of the best athletes in the world.
So for me, it’s not just a question of whether or not I want the best training.
It’s a question about what’s best for my career as well.
I think that there are people that are great trainers.
They have a good track record of being able to help people train and be able to improve their training.
So they have that edge over some people that you might not necessarily see.
And if I can be the one to help them, then that’s what I’ll do.
So once you’re in the position of helping someone, then it’s going in the right direction.
If I can help them with their training, then they can help me with my training too.
So there’s a lot of positives that come from doing that.
And there are also some negatives.
So a lot is about how you approach the business.
But what I do, when you think about it, is I work on my health.
I take my health seriously.
And every week, I do a health check to make sure that I am eating the right way and I’m exercising the right ways and I don’t smoke.
So when you see that, it gives me a little bit of confidence that I’ll be able get my body back to the way that it was before.
So you know, my health is important to me.
And when I’m out there training, I’ll check in with my doctor to make certain that I don- my heart rate is normal.
And all of that, of that work, it helps me keep my mind on the business of being successful and that I keep my health as well, so I can continue to improve and have a career that I want.
So yeah, I definitely do think about my health, and that’s something that’s always been a concern for me.
